Okay, humbly thanks for the answer, it make all sense. Alas, i am not that good player with this game so i think the AI is still a challenge for me :-) PBEM will be a later thing for me. Sidenote: Gary Grigsby's War in the East is too damn difficult for me, moreover i dont fancy the multiple 'turns'...

Sorry you are having prblems but nothing has changed on this - there is no way to set the resolution in CEAW so it runs at your desktop resolution. No such luck on my computer, it does not run in desktop res. i run at 1680*1050 but i get an error message: "screen does not support 1024*768"...

Hi! I will get this title since i am an history buff of the great war, but i wonder how the game will handle the trench warfare? I take it frontlines will be pretty much locked during most part of the war? Thinking of the million dead at Verdun 1916, where ground gain/loss were nonexistent during 11...
