Re: Why do undead have moral?
That's good to hear. I just thought it was odd is all, as fantasy undead are usually immune to all kinds of negative psychological and physiological effects.

Re: A suggestions thread
I think the cost of increasing the economic level of a territory should become more expensive as the number of territories increase. This would represent the cost of corruption and inefficiency over a large area. On the other hand, smaller counties should be able to build up faster. This would make ...

Re: Send Report does not work
I thought there would be a response of some kind to indicate server success/fail and then Windows might prompt.

Why do undead have moral?
I think you have to divide the undead into lower and higher functioning types. A zombie vs a lich for example. Zombies and their ilk should not have moral, right? I don't think there are happy zombies in traditional fantasy games/lore. A lich might not want to give up on immortality by dying a true ...

Now may autosaves are showing ERROR as a campaign objective. If you want that file, tell the directory and I'll upload it here.

Send Report does not work
My recent crash and bug report failed to connect to remote server. If this is a client side configuration issue, you might want to review how that works so users don't have to fiddle with anything. I also noticed that windows firewall did not ask me to allow this traffic.

Re: Core dynamic a bit ahistoric
Multiplayer is a tough proposition, unless you have an expansive community, the development costs outweigh the benefits by a big margin, having said that I would dearly love to see this game played multiplayer and it will be a consideration for Afghanistan, depending on the take up of course. Playi...

Re: Core dynamic a bit ahistoric
Another point I need to mention, in my original game design I had an option for a positive AND a negative interaction for the counter troops when visiting the villages, Propaganda vs Interrogation so to speak, but decided against it as having US troops with an interrogation action icon could prove ...

Core dynamic a bit ahistoric
Love the game. Going to recommend to my friends. That said, I find it amusing that a visit from U.S. or ARVN forces creates positive relations. In actually, green forces visiting a village would fall between annoyingly invasive (round up the people, dig through their stuff) to making hostile contact...

Re: So....how is it?
I played it multiplayer and it's a solid game. Solo, the AI has problems attacking. It would be much improved if the game speed could be increased on the fly by either player. I found the force selection before a battle a bit odd. Overall, I'm enjoying it, but I hope those items I mentioned will be ...

Would like to edit garrison troops
Anyone know a quick way I can edit a file to have garrisons be destroyed when contact is made against an enemy corp when not actually in a city? I'm witnessing the ridiculous strategy of clogging the front lines of France with garrison troops. They laughably keep an armored corp busy for 15 days whi...

Re: Indestructible Gibraltar
Ok, thanks for even more advise. I'll ignore the port.
I get that it is a fortress, and a head long attack would be a disaster. It's more a question of logistics. I'm guessing the garrison would burn through it's ammo fairly rapidly against sustained and aggressive operations.

Re: Indestructible Gibraltar
Thanks for the advise. I'm also going to try to bomb the port since it doesn't seem to matter that it is completely blockaded. I think this game is really great overall, but I'm disappointed to see it fall short in these special cases. Sometime you have to bite the bullet and make some rules for spe...

Indestructible Gibraltar
The port is surrounded by Spanish and Italian ships...the Germans attack each turn with 2 mech corp and are supported by 2 tac bombers. Not only does the garrison shrug off most attacks, but actually gets to reinforce to full strength. Can you say broken?
