At first I couldn't sign in, then when I did I completed my turn but it wouldn't load to the server. The message asked that I contact Slitherine support. Please advise.

Matrix help desk assisted me in resolving this problem.

I hoped reinstalling the whole game would clear up the decompression error. I'm not getting an indication the my firewall is blocking anything. I was able to download the files involved without a problem. The error occurs when I try to install everything.

The game was working fine yesterday. The exe file for the original game will not install. I'm getting the same error message whether I try "Run as Administrator" or not.

I got a decompression error #2026 when I tried to install the 1.15 Update and Immortal Fire. I uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall but got the same error message. The game not open. Please advise!

I'm getting the same message with Battle Academy and Battle Academy 2 as well as Pike & Shot.
