Thank you all! Editing the "stats.speed" (and multiplying by a factor of 10) for each individual aircraft type did the trick.

How do I make a mod such that aircraft have a larger operational range. Seems like they are limited to ~12 hexes, I would like to increase that to say 20. I didn't see a means to do this in the editor nor did I see anything that looked relevant in any of the csv files. Thanks in advance for any help!
