The linked scenario's kills the replayability for the game, never have liked linked scenario's for a War game, its just silly IMO. If this game had the Total War map concept but the battles where fought like PG it would be awesome.

Well, I am not sure if I would find this system in a somewhat historical wargame "cool" or have a "fun factor". Quite the opposite.

I think the attacker gets way too many bonuses as is, and all turn suppression would be overkill and make everything undefendable.

I don't. It sounds nice in theory, but for me, it's utterly pointless. But possibly I'm just not seeing the use?

First Off I think you need to think more in that time frame rather then today and what I mean is today we have soldiers on the ground calling for a airstrike or CAS on a target, happens pretty effective but not 100% but compared to 1939's - 1940's it is WORLDSSSSSSSSSSSS apart.

When I played that scenario it was about 3 weeks ago before latest patch, now I never played game when it first came out so you could be 10000% correct in saying it was very bad for inf upon release.

Your telling me that you can attack or be attacked as a 3-4 star Inf in a city while being entrenched by a Tank and the tanks take no damage or hardly any?
