FYI the fix is to hold the CTRL key while pressing the any option in the menu and it will magically start working again.

While I can still navigate the 'Start' menu, if I attempt to navigate the 'Settings' menu I am unable to click on any sub-menu or setting without it just closing the 'Settings' menu?
