Do you have any security programs like anti-virus scanners, Zone Alarm, copying programs like Daemon Tools, Alkohol 120%, or virtual drives?

If so...try disabling these as they can conflict with the games copyprotection and prevent the game from installing.

Adding a dedicated video card would solve the issue as integrated video controllers (Intel Chipsets) are not recommended for any type of PC gaming.
