I tried for both the Master of Micro and Submarine Commander achievements this evening. On my first run, I used only the mobile launchers, missile and ICBM, to launch nukes. I did have AA and ABM along with radars and satellites. Got the top score, but no dice. At least I got the Guardian Angel one ...

Has there been any thought of adding a civil defense technology tree? Currently, all city locations and sizes are known to all parties at the start of the game.
