Could you supply us with some visuals of whats happening? It's really difficult to help without knowing exactly whats going on.

Are you sure you are using the latest path (1.15)? There was a bug when aggressive deployment was introduced first. But this has since been taken care of. Just tested in my install, works correctly, both infantry and Arty unmount at the same distance travelled.

I would add the "Aggressive deployment" trait to your choices. Maybe instead of industry connections, I still managed to capture enough equipement in SCW. Also, I personally find the combination of "force dispersion" and "force concentration" a good solution to the hero...
