Thanks for your replay, it does make harder when you take the Middle East lot of places to be invade from.

I do have the Middle East Bug when I take Iraq and Eypt any way I can fix it.

When you start 2.1 install it looks like its doing nothing but it is, just leave it and come back in 30 or 60 minutes and should be done,
I had same problem closing the window when nothing was happening for 5 or 10 minutes then I just left it and it worked.

Guys I have looked in the mannel, but can not find any thing on how much oil you get from each oil plant
And how much the Ind tech increases it. Can some one please tell me were in the mannel to find this.
