Also one of the Indian states have a lot I would make a guess and say its something with the new trade that does not get reset, ill start a new game as Volga.

Yes I got a new PC and panicking over my MP turns. They usually finish off the Buyids first, and if they have started any other wars pursue them, but once it calms down they will remember that there can be only one.

Really hope this bug is fixed as those random notifications on map makes it impossible to find stuff before resetting, but doing that every turn is a chore.

OK finished, 82 regions, that is +77, but not that good, hampered by 2 civil wars that I should have avoided.
