Following error occurs while playing the "Conquest of America" scenario. Steam version.

Looks like format of image for save file has changed from png to jpg - when you remove save from game menu (using delete), image is left in saves folder.

You are absolutely right - that does not make any sense. But in other hand it could be only a couple of hexes where it spawns (I just went nuts, and put whole army there), plus you loose your commendations.
