I feel your pain man. Similar topics have come up frequently here. You know the drill: Maybe you're not wining a decisive victory in every battle (at normal difficulty), but you've been plugging away and steadily building and buffing up your forces as you go. Alas, you reach 1944 and the rather rud...

I play on the normal difficulty level always. You may think the early scenarios are too easy at normal difficulty, but as you've probably since discovered they start getting tough in 41/42 and well nigh impossible by 44. All I can say about the higher difficulty levels is that I'm assuming they wou...

How do I disband a unit?

I'm deploying at Norway, and want to disband most of my troops so that I can build a more balanced army. How do I disband?

About the documentation - it was only when you explained how many words you were dealing with that I realized how much effort it would have taken. I agree that it's best to invest your energies in the program itself. Besides, you guys are very active at this forum. If somebody has a question, they n...

I started off playing the '39 campaign on colonel, got as far as the Low Countries, then decided to start again on Field Marshall for more of a challenge! :-) I think I'm going to do this now too. If I'm victorious while playing at a certain level of difficulty, and there are higher levels to play ...

OP, the entire point of Panzer Corps was to recreate Panzer General. Back in 1994 it took me about as much time as it's taken you to understand the mechanics of the game - because, actually, a lot was left unexplained about the original PG (the manual was Spartan). Your own post is interesting becau...

How did Panzer General handle this?

I have to dust off the cobwebs, but now that I think about it, I seem to recall disbanding my entire army in order to rebuild to my own specification - but was it after the first battle?

I used to play Panzer General on the hardest difficulty, but I notched it down because the AI was too aggressive, and could be exploited.

I think maybe I will try this Field Marshal setting. As long as it's not impossible.

Wait a minute? What! I can play this on my iPad!!!!!

Could you provide detailed instructions for a noob like myself? I've got to try this.

Edit: never mind. I see it's a remote thing.

LOL! Okay, let me rephrase the question then. Developers, which difficulty level would you recommend for a person who spent hundreds of hours playing PG back in 94 and 95? (By the way, I realize you guys don't always like 'thank you' threads - but, seriously, thanks so much for this game... it's eve...

Which difficulty level are you playing on.

This was a day one purchase for me - unfortunately, work got in the way, preventing me from getting too far in the campaign. The default setting seemed a tad too easy, and I'm wondering if I should step it all the way up now that I have some time to play this thing (I've decided to restart the campa...

The developer should be proud of this review. Gamespot basically said that Panzer Core is Panzer General 2011. If you ask me, this game is just a total success. I spent hundreds and hundreds of hours playing PG back in 94 when I was at university (I'm now the CEO of Coca Cola), and it's wonderful to...

Congratulations to the developer for the excellent Gamespot review. The score doesn't even reflect how good the review was.

At 2560x1440, the graphics are just a little too far zoomed out, and are causing my eyes to be strained - any way to fix this?

Just an unimaginably great game, by the way.

A recon vehicle taking out a tank? Isn't that just bad luck? Does the difficulty setting effect this? I'm playing on the notch below the toughest. I was wondering if I should have bumped it up to the toughest? Also, I had a good laugh on my first turn because I made the exact same mistake I made nea...

As others have said, roll your tanks through. They need to take out artillery units in the backfield BEFORE your infantry arrives. Tanks can then return to the front and mop up weakened infantry units that are low on health and are no longer entrenched. Always watch out for easy targets - a recon ve...

Africa, Allied, Pacific, give us some time... I tell you this series will expand and to be honest the quality of the game could only been possible, as we right from the start decided to give each Theatre of War and side some proper attention and love. E.g. the AI for a Pacific game will need a comp...

I also was wondering if Pioneers bypass entrenchment. I only knew about this because I played PG - but that was a long time ago?

Are there unit descriptions that I'm not aware of?

It's beginning to look like these guys are true PG enthusiasts and that they've enhanced the PG experience in many ways.

I am really really excited about this.
