I'm still unsure. Can this offer be used for Battle Academy for ipad?

How exactly is the formula for combat. The manual just mention this on a high level. I'd like to know it in detail.

I ordered CEaW Sunday and expted an immediate download link. Instead I must be "approved" and wait until Monday.
This despite it's a guaranteed VISA Payment.
So have to wait until Tuesday (today) due to travelling. Coming home to a download link which is corrupted.
Try to download it another 5 times ...
