Whenever I attempt to logon to multiplayer, I get a window pop up with "Unknown Error" and a tick button that takes me back to the login screen. I have checked the password is correct

Playing as Rhodus, I've gained the Creta Rhodus province and want to recruit heavy infantry and Cretan Archers from the western Cretan region (as it has Archery and Training Ground buildings which are absent in Rhodus itself). Whenever I select the recruit button though it selects Rhodus.
