It appears to be in all scenarios. Maybe a setting is wrong on my OoB but, they used to be there and I can't think of anything I have changed.

Playing Tank campaign at the moment, you may have been alerted to these issue already but, in the scenario you have to save the Turks, I completed all objectives but the Primary objective never triggered and game ended in a Draw, same with the scenario prior to this one.

I turned Orbitalcommand on for a few turns while testing a scenario.
I hoped that running it a second time would turn it off, but no.
Restarted OOB, it was still on (cached?).

Restarted PC.
Now it is acting really weird, it looks like some heavy FOW is on for close-by enemy units while those ...
