My question now is why are there errors from programs that aren't running? Like Assassin's Creed Syndicate? I DO use the K-lite-Codec pack as this is not just a game machine, but I'll take a look at it. Thanks for all your help =)

I've never even heard of AVPro, there's nothing about it in task manager or installed programs. How do I know which program is using it? Will try safemode boot now. Here is the requested file

Forgot to mention the only official support I've gotten so far is them asking if the intro.mp4 plays in a stand-alone player, which it does. All files validated, uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game, running the exe as administrator

sorry but almost, once the report has been made, just zip the file then attach it to your post as it's a Txt file which is then not permitted to attach to the forum, where as a zip file is. need the txt tile in full with the error reports at the end of it, and a game output log as mentioned in the ...

So far, the only reply I've gotten from official support is to make sure the intro video plays in a normal player... It does.
