There seems to be a bug here.

When a fleet of 3+1 show up, I have prepped and ready 3 F/A18s and 1 F/A-18 for EWA. But for some reason the F/18 EWA will not launch.

I have changed this to use the S3 (because it states S3 EWA) - but this will not launch either. Basically - as soon as the 3+1 fleet ...

The Red Army approches! If I do rest them, they will be attacked...if I move them away, they will be tired and, eventually, attacked. The only way to rest them is to move them by rail...but then I have to move new troops up....

Based on what the devs said about paratroops and potential balancing issues, I'd say leave them out...unless you can allow them for PBEM games only
