There seems to be a bug here. When a fleet of 3+1 show up, I have prepped and ready 3 F/A18s and 1 F/A-18 for EWA. But for some reason the F/18 EWA will not launch. Based on what the devs said about paratroops and potential balancing issues, I'd say leave them out...unless you can allow them for PBEM games only
