What would be the system specs?

Original range is just too short, archers fire only when enemy is too near. Archers should be able to fire at the start ( changed range from 25 to 100) and scirmishers (16 to 50). Now I relish watching battles where archers fire volley after volley of arrows on marching enemy (if they hold, better, ...

How can I print the grand campaign map? If possible using basic MS office softwares. I would like to cronicle my last game (probably) with Greek colonalism as Makedonia but using roman ethnic group.
