Just strange. This morning emails arrive again

Again no tournament emails none for FoG2. I’m getting emails from other sites etc. Three turns waiting for me when I checked.

all sorted - I suddenly got a load of email notifications this morning Normal service has resumed thank you

No email alerts after server problems/latest patch or for FoG2 MP. My round 2 just suddenly ended as the patch server issues appeared. Round 3 started but no alerts. Ive played like 600 hours on FoG2 always worked fine

Check the support forum we had the same issues. It was just two different versions of the same mod. Now sorted and exchanging turns

Yup I downloaded the 1.39 and put it in the right directories (I hope). Apart from the script messages and not being able to see the enemy units correctly in selection it looked graphically ok. No huge units

Thought I would just post a topic to say high see if anyone else has logged in to multi player. Enjoying the game.

Great game concept, love multiplayer. +1 for better graphics and terrain.

Seems like you want total control without some random events like an impetuous charge. The solution seems over complicated. I cannot see how a ancient general had such control.

I kinda like not having total control over my units. I think its more historically accurate. Not everything should go to plan the units with high morale were very likely to use their initiative. It would (sometimes) be just as accurate to have units change sides in the battle.

Can I just say I am in favor of the proposed changes? I am a complete beginner and I am having difficulty in understanding the information in the format it is presented in. I would welcome a clearer or simpler verbose combat screen so that I can see whats happening. Also less abbreviations option wo...
