When will we see the Pacific war (WWII) using Panzer Corps and / or Battlefield Academy engines?

Double-clicked on file with .exe extension and received this msg: "C:\Users\Chuck\DOWNLOADs\PanzerCorpsWehrmacht-SetupRelease-v100(2).exe is not a valid Win32 application." ???
