Re: Just to say thanks.
Still don't know which way to go with this game. I know I need the base game, plus I would like "Storm of Arrows"? I was thinking of collecting some other expansions. Will probably wait a bit longer. Have to say been experimenting with Rome 2. Ok nice graphics and maps. Instead of points I...

Re: Just to say thanks.
I wasn't aware there was a "hotseat mode" in Field of Glory. In fact my only experience of the is as I wrote earlier through watching videos on you tube, most feature Muliplayer, and a very few against the computer. One of the things that facinated me was the sheer amount of lists and info...

Re: Just to say thanks.
It's a great shame to put money into a game that you don't enjoy...........Like you say let down by the AI. I guess we have also been spoiled by the great AI that has gone into Pike and Shot. Here's hoping Richard covers most of the Era's that have been covered by "Field of Glory" although...

Re: Just to say thanks.
I was hoping the AI would be on a par with “Pike and Shot”. It’s also odd how the “Graphics” which I previously didn’t like tend to grow on you. I do keep checking on the “Field of Glory website to find out any news about the new game. Like most I wait in silent frustration. I did play the Total War...

Re: Next Update
I know there has already been a thread regarding Parliamentry cavalry. But I'm hoping "The team " show some love for the ordinary cavalry and the "Lobsters" Both seem very under par. I wouldn't have thought there would be so much difference between the "run of the mill"...

Re: Medieval Mod ?
Thank's for the reply. Just come back from holiday. I have to say I'm not the greatest modder, so I will leave well alone.......Knowing my luck I will break the game ! I certainly appreciate the hard work you put into doing the Bosworth scenerio. Will you be doing more battles from Wars of the Roses...

Medieval Mod ?
I have been very impressed by the new Bosworth Scenerio, a couple of questions....Is there a way for it to appear in Skirmish mode ? And does anyone have a link or some advice for me to perhaps make up my own army list. I would be very grateful for any help at all.

Just to say thanks.
Hi just to say thanks to the modders who design and give us such wonderful scenerios. Each seems better than the last..No offence. I have to say they really showing us how versitile this game is. From the superb Japanese mod and to yesterday I downloaded the Bosworth Field scenerio. A direction I ho...

Re: Behemoth - Campaign Thread
Yes I noticed this campaign, but I thought the Behemoth campaign was more nteresting, the capture of Townes and having influence in different areas. the only thing there are alot of Townes that have been captured by either the Royalist or Parliament which have no Garrison, I may make it compulsory t...

Re: AGEods Thirty Years War
If I could find a decent map......Have searched the Internet...In particular E Bay and Amazon although have also seen a board game "30 Years War " which is a bit expensive considering I only want the map. I would make my little wooden blocks and do my own campaign similar to what I have al...

Re: AGEods Thirty Years War
Thank you for all your replies. I think the Pike and Shot battles are some of the most accurate I have come across although can be damn frustrating ! I am one of those players who ranks every victory as a great achievement. I had hoped to "marry up" the beautiful map and campaign element o...

AGEods Thirty Years War
Been looking at this game for some time and without any warning it's out on sale ! it looks good, except for the battle feature. Just wondering if there is a way of fighting the battles in Pike and shot, and some how transfer the result into Thirty Years War ? Thank's for reading.

Are you working on a new engine which will enable more than 64 units per side ? Although everything is probably top secret.......We will find out at some point. Cometh the Engine cometh the game !

Re: Behemoth - Campaign Thread
Hi I have been following your campaign, but due to ill health I can't really take part. Although I have put my own campaign together using a map and using red or blue blocks to denote the Armies. I hope you don't mind but I used your rules, although made a few changes to suit myself. So I realise yo...

Re: Defend in Battle
Trying to set up a scenerio in the editor. Basically I wish to play as Parliament Team 0 against the Royalists Team 1. However when setting up the Royalists it is "Impossible to me" to select the Cavaliers, or Veteran Cavaliers for Team 1, they will select for Team 0 but not 1. Is this a b...
