Maybe he was preparing everything to get into a higher position and had bad luck to hit old monarchie. Still 4000 decadenz red...

i just saw a decadence reduction for macedonia.
In turn 106, everything look normal.
In turn 107 he lost 534 Culture points (which is bad) and lost 4121 Decadence Points (fu**ing good).

Is there an event or a decision to get such a reduction?

Have the same probleme. i am not using the steam version. Check for update said i got the newest version.
