I am not on the yahoo group, so I can't see the file. As Ia m not a native English speaker, don't quite understand the changes you would like!
If it helps the file is not pw-protected, you can simply unlock the sheet.

Fixed the regi-gun bug, there was a little typo in the points-table

You could try the 95-2003-Version or to download the file with the right mouse buttopn to your desktop and then open it with Excel via right mouse button!

The zip-folder contains only the older versions, as Excel 2007 and 95-2003 templates not spreadsheet.
If you chose the direct link, it should open in Excel on your PC.
