Thanks for organizing this - I greatly enjoy how this tournament can force me to play some more rarely played army lists.

Another option for handicaps:

Make setups where there is a "defending player" who has some sort of non-points advantage. For example, only the defending player can re-roll the map and/or the defending player only needs to draw, not beat the opponent.
