The n.2 is historically correct. The n.1 was adopted in September 1943 from the northern part of Italy only, puppet state of Germany.

Same bug, in Surface raiders every unit (enemy too) has 6 strength, Steam version 5.2.3 64bit.

I tried to remove "[CONTENT]" from the 1st line of DATA.CMP and it works.
(you can keep the "unique_scenarios = true" line in MOD.TXT too)

Unfortunately there is no further information, I just tried to open the file from LOAD windows and the game crashed, but (good thing) this happened just once. Next time everything went well. I uploaded the log because a window asked me to do so.

I attached the error log folders. One note: before of the last crash a destroyer found a suicide submarine (just going on the same cell without sonar). It seems to me Sea Lion Campaign has a little bug. The Eagle Attack scenario doesn't start because the directory name in the Scenario directory is wrong, it should be "1Eagle" instead is "1Eagle Attack". I renamed it and works fine.

It seems to me Ki-30 is better than Ki-51, but the latter is proposed as upgrade, moreover the ki-30 isn't available in the next scenarios, where am I wrong?
