Never mind (for now) - rebooted the phone and it seems to be working.

Just bought the game from the Google Play store for my Nexus 6. Downloaded fine, started up to the start menu fine. Unfortunately when I press campaign, there is no response. Am I missing something or is the app broken?

I thought I read that engineers and Seabees can repair airfields by sitting on top of them - is that true only for main airfields and not for "Fighter Strips"? Seeing as how I can't move my guys onto the fighter strip.
