I saw this post and was concerned. I also re-loaded game and DLC's on new W11 machine. The U stands for upgrade not full game. The Installer lists the game as bonus content. Order I loaded: base PC2 1.10 update 1.17.01 GE upgrade/bonus then the 5 DLC's I have. The game runs fine. Good Luck PS-No Ste...

I like it. The two games are similar. SC has more detail, but managable.
You can watch some videos out there to see game play.
