Unfortunately my friend, AaronPDX, can no longer see the game we started, let alone any of the old Challenges anymore.
I'll surf around to see about how one joins the Beta; as I'd like to see Bulge, as well as the rest of the Shenandoah titles successfully rewritten/ported.

Re: Instructions for using PBEM
OK, for some reason, the earlier Challenge I'm able to check this morning (because it's my turn), shows a populated game board. The latest Challenge is the one we've started to play; but if you want to check out the earlier ones, they are the games between buyhevs and AaronPDX.

Re: Instructions for using PBEM
We got it to work; but that was after creating lot's of Challenges, that when accepted, ended up having a game board w/o any pieces on it. We'll continue the game we successfully started; and then maybe, my friend and I will see exactly which steps created the empty games.

Instructions for using PBEM
After enjoying playing BotB with old friends on my old iPad 1 via Apple's Game Center, which had some issues; I was excited to see that BotB had been updated, and that a new over-the-internet server solution would be utilized. I'm playing now on an iPad 2 runing iOS 9, and am disappointed with how t...

The Great War on Surface 3
I'm trying to decide what Win 8 machine to install the game on; my old Dell Latitude XT (3G RAM, 1.33 GHz Core2 Duo, PATA SSD, integrated 400 MHz 256 MB graphics), or my new Surface 3 (4 GB RAM, 1.6GHz Atom x7 QuadCord, eMMC SSD, integrated 600 MHz GPU). Any success running it on Win 8 tablets w/ At...

iPad 2 running iOS 8; if not, iOS vs PC over the internet?
Two questions: 1) I bought my first Ipad (a 1!) last year just so that I could start playing turn-based on-line games, starting with Shenandoah Studio's Battle of the Bulge; and as I planned to try the rest of the Crisis in Command series, I picked up an Ipad 2 (I'm a PC guy) so that I could run iOS...

Playing PC vs iOS via server
Not having played turn-based war games over the internet since Hasboro shut down the Axis & Allies servers, old high school friends of mine and I are getting back into it. A friend recommend we start playing this; and as it's offered both in iPad iOS and Windows version, we're assuming its possi...
