Actually, I double checked, and I have an ATI Radeon 3000 card. So I have no AMD Catalyst Control Center.
Also, I tried window mode, with no improvement that I could detect.

I tried both ways. It does not seem to matter.

I installed Commander: The Great War on a Windows 7 system, 64 bit. It installed and updated to the latest version properly, but when I try to run it at any resolution, I get extremely jerky mouse movement.
