1) make a couple of them disrupted from the beginning ? Often a very brief state.

I notice that the Thracian lists now have compulsory spammed massed peltasts but nothing has been done to make them more like peltasts or more like Thracians. I haven't played since I built a new PC in mid-2023 (13900KS+4090).

I'd rather have morale checks run one hundred times to reduce odd results than combat. Morale checks have a bigger influence on outcome of a fight than combat results. It sure does seem that morale checks results are more 'unexpected.'

Sorry, I have only just noticed this. I have never tried to edit the morale damage from shooting, but would guess that the answer would be in the MoraleTools.BSF and probably some of the other bsf files.

Is there not a restriction already for what DLC are owned across both games? I assumed that would be the case and Time Warp as such would only be usable already if you own both. My assumption being incorrect would certainly explain why Time Warp is a bit limited!
