Re: Winter War bugs
Lapland War: The secondary objective - capture Ivalo before the sovets - does not work. I captured the town all right, no soviets in sight, but "failed". Duh!

Re: Is Winter War better than Morning Sun?
Yes it is better. Though there's only 1 scenario with very limited naval battle, if you are mostly into that. What you will have, is quite many defensive battles vs. quite a strong enemy, and the opportunity to use space properly to take advantage of the game's supply system against your enemy. And ...

Re: Running out of requisition points towards end of campaig
In my opinion the question is not about getting more points in general, but to lose less during playing. I also had some problems with the points especially after winter scenarios, but adjusting tactics helped a lot.

Winter War bugs
Few bugs found on the way: - Lapland War: The Stukas that spawn in top left corner of the map are Soviet (should be german, obviously) - East Karelia: Due to artillery getting weaker, the secondary objective (40 damage, 10 turns) is not reachable - Raate Road: The supply truck secondary goal does no...

Re: Game question.
Any chance some of these enhancements pay a visit in Pike and Shot? I would love seeing Adolphus in the battlefield and some HRE states changing sides during campaign...

Re: Sengoku Jidai: Shadow of the Shogun Features
Generals and campaings look good. The time period is also interesting. Hopefully the armies don't go the Shogun: Total War way, with emphasis on number of unit types to make it interesting vs. historical accuracy.

Campaigns - what next?
Enjoying PSC, now with the Le Roi Soleil content. Are there any plans on expanding the campaigns feature, and/or to add more campaigns, maybe as DLC? There are still a lot of turf to cover, hopefully the game keeps on expanding

Campaigns suggestion and feedback
Hello! The campaigns bring a lot of "game" to Pike and Shot, well done! There are a few things I noticed while playing the Swedish and Turkish war campaigns: - Autoresolved battles don't count as "victories" nor "defeats" in the final score - Province supply limit (poin...

Warlord's Battle of the Dunes
A scenario well done, Warlord156!
It was very much fun to play, though relatively easy, and historically quite spot on! Keep up the good work!

The Twitch stream preview of Campaigns looked promising. Too bad only English Civil War was shown

Re: Battle of Wittstock
Part 3: With the casualties 14% on my side, I must not make a single error. Even one unit routing will mean my loss. On my left flank the Swedish Pike&Shot engage the first imperial ones. I concentrate musket fire against a single unit at a time on my right. If they are demoralized, the Hakkapel...

Re: Battle of Wittstock
Part II: I seize the initiative in the cavalry fight, with the veterans from the right engaging weaker foes head on and the more average cavalry moving to hit the imperial veterans in the flanks. But looking at the remaining turns, I see what the scenario designer had in mind. With no reinforcements...

Battle of Wittstock
The third and last AAR from my Swedish battles against the imperials. This time we clash at Wittstock. This scenario lets you buy troops and then redeploy, nice! Looking at the map I decide to buy every unit on the right side - this is cannon, all the extra Pike&Shot and more cavalry to my right...

Re: Playing for each side in battle?
I would agree, especially as some of the scenarios are very, very difficult as is, and playing the other side would present another unique challenge. For example, after taking a good flogging in the early 30 years war scenarios, I realized, that even losing, I was doing better than the side assigned...

Re: Battle of Nördlingen
Part 3: With another tercio running from my accurate musketfire the way up the hill seems to be opening. I send the infantry forwards and also the rest of my cavalry to envelope the defenders on the hilltop. The cavalry uses the rocky slopes and with the imperial cuirassiers busy on both flanks, the...

Re: Battle of Nördlingen
Part 2: The shooting game is on at the objective hill. My infantry is concentrating fire and imperial casualties are accumulating a lot quicker than mine. The light guns prove to be a problem, but giving them some musket attention disrupts them and the fire tones down, at least in accuracy. My right...

Battle of Nördlingen
After the pyrrhic victory in Lützen - as described in my previous AAR - I took on Nördlingen. Knowing something about the history of 30 Years War, I expected this one to be unbeatable. Difficulty is the middle one. But something surprising happened... After assessing the battlefield with my staff, I...
