It's likely me just being stupid, but in the briefing of this scenario is says I start at war with Senones...but when I load the scenario, it says they are neutral to me and I am actually at war with Tarentum.....again, maybe me just messing stuff up since I am not a great historian in the time ...

I apologize if I missed, but I bought the game from Matrix assuming that steam keys would also come with it like other games. But when I register, there is no option to get a steam key. Will that not be possible with this game?

Ok thanks...hopefully with time this version can get back to where it used to be and then even move it forward...until then, I can't see myself investing in any additional content as I was originally planning to do after the update came out.

The game starts up and asks me if I want to update. I select yes, but the window just closes and kicks me out of the game without performing the update. I have tried many times, with the same result. It is the Matrix version, not sure if that matters. Any chance a standalone update is available ...

2) In other threads in other forums, people were asking was there any differences about picking expansions and I believe the answer was just army types. Since that doesn't seem to be really the case ...

I agree. I think a core option like that should be available to the base game. Hoping the mods can clear things up, maybe a future patch will make it available some day.
