What does this ability actually do? I was thinking that if I gave an order to a unit that has this ability, that I would gain 1 or more orders to give to other units (like as if that unit is some type of exceptional leader or something). Yeah, I am not so keen on the way that the 6 pip is displayed.

That being said, though, it wasnt a 1 or 6 difference that I am talking about......it even happened on some of the other numbers.

I am going to keep an eye out for it a little better so that I can give some hard examples.

How about when doing a right click on a unit, you tell what each number is as the user mouses over it?
