I have tried PBEM and waiting for my opponents move is exactly what I don't wanna do. A PBEM match takes so long.

I tried to play a tcpip-game a few weeks back, and we both followed the instructions. The game started, and I played my first round, but after ending the turn, nothing more happened. How can I land troops in an enemy territory in the GS ver. 2? I declare war on Norway, but I can't seem to land troops as I'd like. I have tried with garrisons, armors and corps, but it doesn't work. After a few turns, though, I can.

Is it impossible to land planes on carriers to cover more sea hexes for battles at sea?
