Library glitch:
1st only the tiger I description is available (incomplete I assume)
2nd I scrolled down to the bottom of description and select another tank. Nothing seems to happen. When I scroll back to the top the Tiger picture is out of place/super imposed on the writting.

I would have to agree here. I have just finished the tutorial on v0.98. Very impressed with upgrades. Specifically: The text for the begining of missions is much more informative for all levels of player Selection screen of scenario/campaign is well done; much, much better The information 'pop ups' ...

When using the UI (i)nformation button you get the stats displayed of your highlighted unit and the unit the mouse is hovering over. All good. Just wondering if instead of the information forced to be along the side it could be displayed over the unit that has the mouse over, like a pop up. Maybe a ...

Another thought. Would it not be simpler to be able to incrementally move your untis up to their limits instead of just a one selection done approach?

I agree totally, units purchased that don't fit immediately should be available for later without costing again. I ran into that and it was very annoying. OK - I have been playing the '39 campaign at normal level and have just finished off Stalingrad. Impressions: A low fuel/Ammo warning would truly be a help as I have wasted so much time, and planes, with my oops management oversight. Even a mouse hover fuel/ammo gauge would help.
