Hill 621 new beta.
The beta 1 was always a Russian victory in the last or last -1 turns.

German has an additional mortar.
Russian have been reduced in 3 infntry and 2 Scouts.
Trechs give more protection, originally they give only 35% cover rating now are like a light fortification.

Channels gets an update to beta 1
- Selected unit, if armored leader, shows now the range.
- Leaders show now: range/skill/type
- Leader action Extra Step not sowhed when no LOS
- A new ambulance enter the game, if killed
- P47 delay 2
- Other minor fixes.

Playing City River for BA2 and noticed a small issue. My opponent (playing US) has been firing around the tank traps and houses across the river. It appears the tank traps now show as 'craters' but the tank trap icon did not change to reflect them being destroyed. as such, his HT has been able to 'drive through' the tank traps.

I do not know why it happens, as the firing on a object (the tank trap in this case) is a new ability of BA2, is BA2 who should change the object fired...
Will check some examples to understand this behavior.

Piepsk
The goal for the German side is to keep the Piepsk village. The scenario is based on a Squad Leader scenario, in SL the soviet rifle infantry had 25% less range of fire than the German infantry, so the BA2 scenario has been modded to reduce 25% the range of the Soviet infantry. They are much more, but need to go closer.
The new scenario will be available immediately. It is an alpha version.
I will open several challenges, please, those accepting the matches, I expect at least a turn a day in each one.

Not sure if it was a bug or something I'm doing, though..
Remember that when loading a unit into the ambulance there is a random that may recover some morale and restore some men, but it's a random so, it could don't make anything. You may load and unload again the unit to see the effects.

Sorry yes - to be more specific, my first ambulance was shot by the evil enemy forces (we think they saw the red cross, there was no smoke screen as they later claimed at Nuremberg). When the replacement ambulance arrived, I loaded troops into it two different turns, with no effect whatsoever. Maybe I was unlucky. I will do some more trials, if given the opportunity for risky ambulance driving..

Before loading take a look at the morale and number of men in the unit, then unload and compare.
I just finished to try in SP, so playing as British, forcing a second ambulance and it worked.
