True

but also on that list is whatever 30 Battle Group Army Dave Allen brings which will take time, plus rule checking if he has one of his many unique detached shot options

cheers

So,

who's free for a practice game on the Friday?

Anyone else getting to Manchester on Thursday? A few of us central london boys thought there would be practice games possible on the Thursday.......

otherwise, pub and curry for us.

I'm also up for a practice Friday afternoon, using those pesky Covenanters. So if anyone fancies being denounced as the antichrist pm me.

Hi Everyone, while we are waiting for the real armies, guess time plus what people have said for Britcon on the site. So listed below is a mix of facts, guesswork and hyperbole, who knows it could be completely wrong but keeps the tension going, what do you reckon

1. Benedict Jones TYW French
2. G R Briggs Swiss
3. Jonathan Akers
4. Matteo Pasi ECW Later Royalist
5. Andrew Kitcher Later Swedes
6. Charles Masefield Later Ottoman Turkish
7. Lance Flint TYW French or maybe German
8. Simon Clarke I know so would be unfair to say
9. Alasdair Harley Austrian
10. David Allen Scots Covenanter
11. MIck Hood TYW German
12. Matthew Poole
13. Jacques Destremau
14. John Munro Austrian (Duty & Glory list) at a guess
15. Tim Porter TYW French
16. Kevin Johnson Later TYW German Protestant
17. Martin van Tol Have no idea
18. Donald McHugh Muslim Indian
19. Simon LeRay-Meyer Later TYW German
20. Richard Young Somewhere in deepest Africa
21. Stephen Stead
22. Richard Bodley Scott I know so would be unfair to say

Cheers

I Was told that not all british are english but I didn't expect that no one of them will field ECW english, poor king that must rely only on continental cavaliers (me) to have his kingdom back ;-)

Matteo - don't forget that Alasdair's list Is half what people have admitted to and half guesswork. I suspect that there will be at least 1 more ECW army, possibly as many as 3 more.

The ones I'm thinking of all play Royalists. But you may get the chance to defend the crown from the rebellious Scots.

Be fair to Alasdair - he doesn't differentiate between who he slaughters. He'll as happily slaughter an Ottoman as a Royalist! :D

Look on the bright side. It could just have been a secret number of South Africans (in an alternative universe)
