Hi,
Okay. so the unit folder has sub unit folders (i.e. armor, corps, fighter, etc.) the files in those folders needed to be copied separately.
If you copied the folders instead of the items inside you may have wiped out the graphic images (i.e. soldiers and tanks, planes yadda yadda)
Are you seeing only the strength numbers when you have counters turned off?
Do you show counters when that option is turned on?

Username: GrandStrategyTeam@slithdata.net
Password: 1Kr35MazgsZR
PC Incremental Update: GSv2.01.34-PATCH (~6.9-MB) (Must be applied to GSv2.01.31 or higher.)
MAC users -- Update to be provided by Paul.
GSv2.01.34 - November, 2011
183. Fixed a bug where the PBEM password was inadvertently disabled in GSv2.01.33.
184. Added a game.class build check that will ensure games turns are played with the same beta version and not with an older version of the game.class file. For example, GSv2.01.33 which was the one where the PBEM password was accidentally diabled.
185. Streamline the checksum messages such that when there is a failed checksum only messages for the items that failed will be displayed. Those items that pass won’t be. The checksum checks that the general.txt, unit.txt, technology.txt, research_progress.txt and Game.class files that you’re using against those used by your opponent for the turn that was saved.
By the way, the first player to load a game turn using this update will see the following messages (in addition to the do you wish to continue one).

There is no room for the XXX because we intend to add unit numbers on the counter similar to this. We're still tweaking this so the end result may look slightly different:JimR wrote:I like the new version (2.01.33a) of the large counters, except that corps are missing the xxx above the box to indicate their corps status. Is this deliberate? The divisions/garrisons still have xx over their unit boxes.
