Lots of action in Division A this week and a very exciting contest is now developing. harveylh (Romans) is sitting on top with 4 wins from 5 starts but the chasing pack includes dkalenda (Seleucids) who has 3 straight wins, pantherboy (Achaemenids) who has won 3 from 4 including a crushing win against ruskicanuk this week, and ruskicanuk himself (Indo-Greeks) who has 2 wins from 3 starts. In a closely fought Division B Hendricus has set a modest target of 24 points from his 9 matches that is starting to look a lot more formidable as each week passes. XLegione (Galatians) is best placed to challenge it with 3 wins from 4 starts. deve (Ptolemaics) has extended his winning run to 6 matches this week to remain top of Division C, but he is being closely pursued by SLancaster (Macedonians) who has 5 wins from 6 starts and Najanaja (Hannibal in Italy) who has 4 straight wins. In Division D sunnyboy (Spanish) is on the verge of winning the automatic promotion place after winning his first 7 matches. He can only be stopped if he loses one of his last two remaining matches against Karvon (Graeco-Bactrians) or blobka (Samnites) and then that player goes on to win all their remaining matches. Geffalrus (Antigonids) finished very strongly with 5 straight wins and currently sits in second place and is likely to win a discretionary promotion to Division C next season.

A very slow week in Division A with just one result recorded - a win for MikeC_81 (Arab City) has seen him move into a share of the lead with harveylh (Jewish Revolt). youngr (Jewish Revolt) and XLegione (Romano-Britons) still head Division B, but wins for devoncop (Sertorius) and Speedy CM (Sarmatians) see them move a bit closer to the front runners. Another win for greekiraklis (Byzantines) sees him extend his lead at the top. Several players, who have games in hand, may yet be able to mount a challenge. The best placed of these currently are edb1815 (Arab City) and jjaquemond (Kingdom of Soissons). The situation at the top of Division D is clear-cut. MorkinTheFree (Ptolemaics) needs to beat Herode_2 (Kingdom of Soissons) in his last match to claim the automatic promotion place ahead of sunnyboy (Germanic Horse Tribes)
