Any questions, issues etc?
I have had a couple already . . .
"My PM just sits in my Outbox and will not Send"
This is OK. Your PM will sit there until the person you have sent it to picks it up.
"I do not have the DLC for my opponent's army and therefore cannot set up the challenge."
Don't worry, we can in most instances get your opponent to issue the challenge so you can play. If we get a situation where we cannot do this then we may have to agree a temporary adjustment of the armies for that round, but I think this will be very unlikely. It has not happened before, at any rate.

Re: First Round draw will be "Live" here today on the forum at 9pm (BST) . . .
Hi Pete, stockwellpete wrote: ↑Sun Mar 29, 2020 7:59 pm OK, so I am just getting ready now. The post above this one will be updated with every 2 matches that I draw out. There is just one player that I have a concern about and that is tmac11, a new player who has only posted on the forum once and who has not posted his army selection. I will include him in the draw, but if I have not heard from him by the end of Tuesday then I will put a reserve in if I can recruit one by the end of Friday. If not the player drwn against him will get a bye into the 2nd Round.
I'm bored in lockdown and if you want me to step in I would welcome it.
Regards Rex

Re: Any questions, issues etc?
"Is there any sort of clock mechanism operating in this tournament?"
No, this is not the same as the automated tournament so players are trusted to get on with their matches themselves. Any unfinished matches are adjudicated at the end of the 2 weeks allowed for each round. If you have trouble starting a match, or if an opponent stops playing in the middle of your match, you should let me know so it can be taken into account should an adjudication be required. The adjudication panel consists of myself, hidde (Anders) and ianiow (Ian).

Re: Tournament diary and news . . .
Hopefully rexhurley will be standing in as a reserve for tmac11 if he does not contact me by the end of tomorrow.

rexhurley is now standing by to replace tmac11 if I do not hear from him by the end of April 1st. He will be using Indian Hindu North 600-1049AD.

Re: Calling tmac11 . . .
No, there is no sign of tmac11 so he is going to be replaced by rexhurley in the draw.

rexhurley as replaced tmac11 in the 1st Round Draw.
Tomorrow evening, I will endeavour to make sure that all 1st Round matches have started. So there will probably be a few PM's flying about.
