Wow, that was fast, but I thought that Supermax was the proponent of hardcore-no-surrender rule???

If the surrender is accepted by both side , it is reasonable & acceptable . otherwise In this pbem , Max will have to suffer long time without any hope . If either side has no joy to continue the game , to surrender should be an option . :)

I agree, but aren't we talking about a guy who fought till the bitter end when he lost Rome in 1940? :P

Lion was : Supermax vs Morris GS 2.1

Of course I am a barely adequate player but it seems to me that Supermax did not properly plan for his 1940 Sea Lion, really should have had more DDs built and 4 Tacs/Ftrs.
The BEF wasn't lost in France so a 1940 Sea Lion was not the right choice anyway. I think that Supermax expected to bluff his way ashore and get Morris to withdraw to Scotland.
I believe in this situation it would have made more sense to have gone for Spain/Gibraltar/Suez.
Morris has learned to curb his aggressiveness it seems and has evolved into a really dangerous player.
If I could play more often I hope to someday become more than barely adequate myself. As it is my next window for playing won't be until February.
Did anyone else notice that almost all of Supermax's army ashore was out of supply once again on the last screenshot?
Surrender was indeed the only option.

It is up to Mr Max . I have no problem for one or x rematch with a player like Max . :)
