I have sent you a PM. The three games that you set up were not done properly - there are multiple errors in them including giving yourself your opponent's army, giving your opponents' pot luck armies, and not using pot luck for terrain. The instructions for doing things correctly are provided in the first post of the thread. Have you read them? I have also sent you instructions about sending a PM. You do not need a search engine, just type the players' name in the box and then click on "Add".

This tournament is running perfectly well, thank you. No-one else is having problems as far as I can tell. Tables and charts were advertised prior to the tournament and will all be on display by February 11th. We don't need them at the moment because we have only just started.
