Maybe you didn't have 20 million at the time ) ? Let's not argue, we love our Homeland and for this we do not need to drive on the reservation ....

PS. 20 million ))) This is if you count all the countries which came to the democracy with B-52 can and will be typed so much )))

Tell the leader who is the next learns the whole "beauty of democracy" ? Iran or North Korea (although the latter I think is not what is not threatened-they have no oil )))

Guys, please take this discussion to some place else.
Both Soviet and US governments committed atrocities during and post WW2, I dont see a point to see who is the "most killer".
This thread is dedicated to a project for PzC, not a political discussion :D

Best regards.

Sound good to me Akkula, I was not trying to denigrate Russia. I am married to a half Russian and half Ukraine woman (native). Keep up the good work my friend. Flak :)

I have got to say i really enjoy the big scenario/map.
However on the big scenario/map I have a big problem with large amounts of german units appearing way behind the front lines in completely cleared territory e.g. about turn 40 when i have already retaken odessa.
Also a couple of times when i have taken most of finland and am on the outskirts of helsinki they appear way behind the front lines. It is on general level. Am i doing something wrong?, how can i stop it?

also if i do the campaigns first will i be able to import a core of any experienced units into the big scenario/map. thanks for info.

Nope.

Both start in 1941 and go to 1945. It doesn't make sense to have a 1945 army reappear in 1941, unless you have access to some time travel technology.

Hi Hugh. Thanks for those reports, I will look into them and try to fix them by the next release, that shouldnt happen.
You are not doing nothing wrong, I am the one who did something wrong with scripts! :? .
If you have any other finding please dont hesitate to post it, I want to improve and fix the scenario as much as possible.

Regarding the core import question: of course not :D . If you finish the main campaign you could deploy 1945 units on Barbarossa! . Campaign and TGPW scenario are two different things.

Thanks again for you feedback!.
Best regards.

Hi Akkula!

Very nice map screenshots! Thanks for sharing! :-)

As I found some free time... Here is a little present for your mod... the SU-100P... which was a variant of the SU-100 planned as a stop gap measure to use the SU-100 chassis being produced till the technical ammunition problems with the 100 mm gun could be solved. This variant replaced the 100 mm gun with the 122 mm D-25S tank gun (same as the IS-2 and ISU-152). This same problem also caused the production of the SU-85M which was just a SU-100 chassis with the same 85 mm gun mounted on the earlier SU-85. The SU-100 hull was much improved compared to the SU-85. It had a commanders cupola, giving the crew a better awareness of the battlefield and its front armor was increased from 45 mm to 75 mm.

Finally, it was decided not to put the SU-122P in service, because of the low rate of fire of the gun caused by its split ammo type.

This icon is based on the vanilla one for the SU-100, but I tried to improve it by detailing the cupola sponson, gun mantlet and trackwork... I hope you like it! 8)

Greetings and a late merry Christmas and very happy new year to you, Akkula, and everybody around here!

As always a beautiful unit icon Guille. Thank you. :)

Really impressive maps Akkula, I have always loved detailed maps especially. I have one thought however. In the map with two airfields, the planes of the dual runway will cross over the single runway and vice versa. Just curious.

Massive thanks Guille!!, Beautiful addition to the Red Army arsenal  I love those details, top quality as always, yeah.... Another special unit for the TGPW scenario? :P . I hope this one be the first of many new units to come for PzC!.
Happy new year for you too friend!. Thanks again.

Thanks for your kind words as always flak. I didnt get the airfields remark :?: , language barriers :? . That area represents the Tempelhof airfield of Berlin, critical to keep the German or Soviet airforce over the skies of the city.

An attempt to add the reichstag to the map:

The progress is very slow, but is there!
best regards.

Akkula.

EDIT: Wow, this scenario (Streets of Berlin) is getting bigger than I expected, in terms of units, so far 100 just for the Germans. It is going to be the biggest of all for sure. Although my original idea was to make "small-medium" stand alone scenarios it seems this one is going to break that rule :D . But just that one, the rest are "normal", dont worry guys.

Flak and Akkula: Thanks for your nice words as always my dear friends!
The idea is to make basic icons for the SU-100 and SU-85M also (indeed I have them ready, because I just had to change the barrels, only the masks are pending). Also I would like to complete the "pack" with some templates with different and mixed pattern wheels, wire mesh additional armor, different colored fuel tanks and "Battle of Berlin style" air recognition markings (Thanks and credits to Flak for the concepts!)

Flak: I wish you a very happy and prosperous new year! And thanks for keeping the watch here!
I wish I had more free time to enjoy the game and the forum... :-( But I always fin a minute to at least lurk around here...
