No, what's missing are the images of the Brücken Kolonne B and K. They do not appear in the'Big Units' folder.
Maybe they are also missing in the previous scenarios but I didn't check that.

In the Big Poland scenario the zeppelin is able to conquer enemy flags.

Yes this is a problem we maybe can solve. The recon aircraft are recon units that can fly. Thats why they can take the flags of cities that are not occupied by the enemy.

Maybe we can solve that to make them tactical bombers with recon movement (like the night fighters), or we must accept that they take the flags of unoccupied cities.

The drawback is that the recon aircraft are in the recon purchase screen now (better?) and will otherwise be between the tactical bombers in the purchase screen.

Seaplanes can not land on normal airfields anymore but have to go to Seaplane bases. They can only operate on sea now. Seaplane bases are new in the mod. Norway will have a few of them and in Poland a Seaplane base is near Danzig now. It's Polish so has te be taken by the Germans to use it for the He-59 in the area.

Last night I had the opportunity to spend first few hours with the PAK-mod for the first time. And I have to admit that I am schocked.Graphic design, aesthetics of the units - everything looks perfect. I am very impressed about the "Big Poland" scenario. Your attention to the details is overwhelming. Thank you for your outstanding work.

Taking the opportunity, just two questions. 1) Will there be a 25TP tank in the final version of "Big Poland" scenario? I am asking because of the fact, that the first prototype was planned to be build not earlier than in 1940 (I believe I saw this kind of equipment during the game - to make it clear, I am ok with that). 2) Do you still adapt all units to the one common scheme (no flags, insignias below of the unit, etc.)? I am asking because while playing "GC"with your mod I saw, e.g. italian units and/or some minors with flags, etc. Any roadmap in this regard?

I wouldn't mind having them in the tactical bomber section. Them being able to capture cities is more weird.

Hello Guuzidi,
Hope your out of schock now :) To awnser your questions:

AKRebel is producing a amazing number of units but also units that were built only in small numbers and even units dat where only planed and not even build. To give this units a function in the game we made them "Prototypes". Prototypes are units with only 10 or less build or sometimes only were planed and not build. As a player you can not control this units. They will show up in time. They can not be purchased and not recieve replacements. So they come to you and fade away with battle damage. So yes the 25TP stays in the Poland scenario. If you do not like it destroy it quickly and you will not see it again :)

All units will become with the flags/insignias below the unit. This after a discussion on this forum that most people did not like the infantry units with a flag. But I have to rework 4000 graphics for that! So with every update more units will be in the new look but minor countries will come later.

I wouldn't mind having them in the tactical bomber section. Them being able to capture cities is more weird.
Their is even an other benefit if they are tactical bombers. They can refuel than like tactical bombers and do not need to refuel in the center hex.

BUT...........The recon aircraft will not be indicated as "Recon" anymore than but as tactical bomber with the symbols of tactical bomber. Thats a big thing.

I will discuss this with AKRebel.

I believe there is a "nocapture" trait that would be useful for the recon planes.
Edit:
According to an old post from ThvN, the trait "captureflag" reverses the ability for classes that have the innate ability, i.e. infantry, tanks, recon, etc. I would link it but I'm on a short trip with a tablet and not my computer with all my saved links.
