7PD-1-Dinant(v1.3) :
The briefing : "Your mission consist to take Dinant and its bridge..."
- In that case, why East Dinant is not a Priority Objective ? Only West Dinant is a Priority Objective.
- Dinant Fortress : the fortress unit is not anymore linked with the secondary objective.
- I do not see a bridge to take, there is a road under the water.
The Belgian army will blow up the bridge on May 12th, 1940 in front of the advance of the German troops.
I know how to do that if you are interested ?
- There are two locations wich have no name : I think that one is Leffe (like the beer), the other Houx (?) ( Houx is in the other side in Google Map (?))

Hello Terminator,

I fixed the Dinant fortress as a secondary objective issue (and a few other in the ther scenarios :( ), here a new link with the fixed version v1.3: (valid until 24 march 2018): https://we.tl/Uu8h7QyZ1i

The Dinant bridge was destroyed when Germans came there - i imagined blowing the bridge too but it's possible only for a river bridge and i used coastal sea hex to use ship to simulate the river crossing and no bridge are available for sea hex.
I keep it that way to get a difficult crossing (lack of supply on the the other side) as historically it was rather than changing the sea hex in river - that's the main difficulty of the scenario : how to deal with the river and the supply issue. And that's why east dinant is not a priority objective, only weast banks area are objectives. Furthermore we see the road under water, that was not expected but welcome as we can imagine a submerged bridge!
The Dinant map was the first one i did, by hand without using the template.jpg maps, then it was not perfect but good enough to be used - i read bru888 editor manual afterwards and all the following maps are more accurate.
note that you rapidly get a warning about the bridge, see pic.

Best,

JCE

"7PD-4-Arras" v1.3

Again a good one. As always, I've made the "mistake" to take on every enemy position  and therefore "wasted" a great amount of troops and ressources to capture Arras and its airfield, which wasn't even one of the objectives. But I needed something to do after half of the map was completely enemy free.
This time there was no Major Victory for me, hell, no victory at all, to be honest. I just didn't want to quit so I've cheated me some extra turns. But everything should be well achievable in the given turn limit in retrospect IMO. Circumventing the heavily fortified Arras position on the southern bridges would've been no problem. The counter-attack near Wailly was nice, but easy to defend from the riverbank. Still, better wait for other feedback unless you change something balance-wise. Some observations:

As Erik eloquently put it:

- Why the sec. obj. to take the two towns in 5 turn at all? There are practically no enemy units around on the east side of the river.
- The sec. VP counter was linked to the wrong sec. obj., but worked otherwise. And you may consider changing the text from "secure all sec. objectives" to "all sec. VP or towns" or similar. Could be misunderstood otherwise IMO

Hello Terminator, Gabeknight,

Thanks for your comments and advices.
I definitely removed the secondary objective to take 2 towns in 5 turns to keep only the "take the 4 secondary objectives in less than 10 turns".
I will not do a new version of the mini campaign and will create a new thread as i'll add a brand new 6 scenarios to it.
Best,

JCE

I have a campaign I downloaded eons ago but not sure what it was called Ghost Division then I searched in forums for it in OOB forums got zero hits then googled this and found this thread its a shame this campaign has gotten buried in the threads. Another point there seems to be no way to download it the links are old but one can use Media Fire - Media Fire is FREE !!! and the link just stays there ready to be downloaded.
