Re: 5.2.1 Hotfix for the 64 bit version of the game
So I loaded everything and, since I own all official DLC, I have access to all the medal goodies on the top of the screen (so it says; whether it's true or not in the game remains to be seen but let's assume so) except the Zundapp Motorcycle. I don't expect that one because I have never owned the Heroes of Normandie game.calmhatchery wrote:there is one thing! My Zundapp Motocycle is not active in 64 bit version! Please could someone write what to do?
calmhatchery, if you own that game and it is still installed, then this is probably something that needs to go to Tech Support. I have a feeling that it's a matter of the 64-bit version of OOB not finding that game even though it's still on your hard drive. Please post this in Tech Support.

I did as instructed and my game will not go past a black screen now. Did I miss something?

I messed up. I deleted the SETTINGS FOLDER......now what can I do?!
Re: 5.2.1 Hotfix for the 64 bit version of the game
try it again, and if again it doesn't work, then can you please try again, but follow it correctly, then it will work, sorry about this, but it's a guide, which needs to be done in order to work, once done, the game should work fine

I don't understand what I'm ding wrong. The instructions are simple and it only a few steps...I don't get it but will try again. Thanks for the quick response again.
Re: 5.2.1 Hotfix for the 64 bit version of the game
I just downloaded the patch from the game prompt and my PC hung (said 100% - but at the top connecting). I couldn't even restart using task manager. Turned it off and on at the plug and it seems OK now with the latest patch loaded.
Cheers,
Chris

I am sorry for the issue and for the delay in fixing this, but this should now be fixed.
Provided you are looking for the 64-bit version and are not running a 32-bit version of Windows, please do the below:
1. Please go to the Documents folder for the game (Default: Documents\My Games\Order of Battle – WW2) and delete the folder called “Settings”.
2. Uninstall the both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the game and then go to the folder where the game was installed and ensure no files/folders remain
3. Download the file attached in this message "OoB_ClRegx64.zip".
4. Unzip the downloaded file and run the extracted file "OoB_ClRegx64.reg".
5. Allow the "program" to delete the Windows registry keys regarding the game.
6. Install 5.2.1 of the game from the link below and reinstall the game:
http://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/OrderOfB ... v5.2.1.zip
7. Reinstall all DLCs
8. Run the game and ensure that all DLCs are showing as unlocked and the game is working.
If you need to download your DLCs you can do it from the member’s area. Please see the forum post below which explains how to do this:

To make sure...these are the directions I am going by. I'm using the correct list right?

Re: 5.2.1 Hotfix for the 64 bit version of the game
Ok the game finally installed and works. My 2 CURRENT purchases, Blitzkrieg and US Marines are there but every time I try to install Morning Sun or Pacific it says its installed but does NOT show up! Plus when I went to install Pacific from disc it made ANOTHER Shortcut that is separate from my most current version! What have I done?! Plus I cannot find my Rising Sun reciept....I will need to get that from you guys please. It was years ago that I got it......thank you for your time.

Regarding U.S. Pacific and Rising Sun, are you in the same situation that this fellow was? http://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewtop ... 72&t=80973
Regarding game keys, click the Members link at the top of this page. They make you log in again. Click this link:
You should see a list of your games and DLC's along with serial keys. Hopefully the one that you are looking for is in there:
If you are still in trouble, maybe it's best to post in Tech Support because this thread has run its course and may not receive official attention anymore.
