Another possibility could be to make use of the Oxford regular Sunday meeting on 14 August. Let me know if I should check on this with the members.

I think that 14th August clashes with Britcon if my memory serves me correctly which would probably limit takers (I could not do that weekend as I'm ruled out of that weekend this year). I'd originally picked 31 July to allow a gap for those attending both events.
