Any hot tips for accommodation for those who don't wish to use the YMCA?

Where are others staying?

Yup, found by myself I am afraid, so you will have to be in the same hotel as me :)

http://www.laterooms.com/en/hotel-reser ... o\mbe.aspx

On a good note it was only £17 per night on the Friday and £27 per night on the Saturday about a week ago. These prices go up as the rooms are taken, so book quickly! i.e. I booked a couple of weeks ago and only paid £17 pn for both Friday and Saturday.

Richard,

Sebastian lives nearby... you could always ask... ;-)

We are in http://www.abbeylodgehotel.co.uk/

Closer to venue but not sure how much room they have left... amd we are planning to meet Seb in the evening, albiet round his place rather than the hotel.

Dave, was this "inviting everyone else" to the same digs a cunning plan to have someone sober enough to drive the car to the venue for us on sunday morning?

Possibly. Although it has never been a problem for me in the past.

Although at Warfare last year I do remember somebody who was not capable of driving at 6pm on Sunday evening....

Hi,

Army Lists for Roll Call 2009 are now due. We will be publishing R&R next week and will need everyone's lists in order to do this fairly.

Thanks and see you there.

Bruce.

Was that the person who was capable of beating you at 9 o'clock in the morning?

Did I hear right that late army list entrants are to receive 1 attrition point loss per 2 days late for the first game? ;)
