I'm still looking for someone to test a few Western Front scenarios. Any more interest? (Thanks Halibutt for helping!)

Well, it appears no-one is interested in testing (probably because they don't want awesome surprises to be given away in beta form). Anyway, RumpNissen has finished 'upgrading' the scenario selection graphics:

I'll start accepting challenges once v1.2 is out. Make sure to leave a note in the description of the MP telling me that it is a WWI scenario, as sometimes if you play a ww2 scenario over MP with the mod enabled, it gives it a ww1 scenario name.

eg. I saw someone offering a challenge of Mons18, but when the mod was disabled, it renamed to Lake Balaton.

Also, In v1.2 you will get to use the new WWI ship icons for the first time. I am still waiting on the Light Cruiser and Seaplane carrier Graphics, but those don't matter too much. It still looks epic:

Out of interest, do people think that the Horse Transports and things should enter the Kaiserschlacht campaign as well? If so, I will attempt to add them in the GC15 patch, due in late July.

Hello BNC: After seeing the picture of the Jutland fleet you posted, decided that the destroyer icon could use a little improvement... In Consequence:

- Gave it a more similar perspectiva as the Capital Ship.
- Gave a color simiular to the mentioned Capital Ship.

I think the fleet now has a more "uniform" (and better) look. Also, added a camouflaged version of the same icon.

Cheers!

GC14 is essentially complete, just waiting for beta testers and a couple of other things, so June 28 is locked in :D

I have also begun thinking about the GC15 campaign, and at this stage is likely to have some new features:

 'Super-hero' Oswald Boelcke (Fighter Ace) will be given to you fairly early on in the campaign. (Masurian Lakes)
 Upon completion of Bolimov, you will gain a very large supply of Poison Gas, which can sit in your core until you decide to use it, possibly as late as 1918.
 Poison Gas will function as a Strategic Bomber, now harming enemy ammo reserves as well as the units themselves, becoming a very powerful unit.
 If you somehow make it to Moscow, there is something very valuable that can be captured. If this is done, Verdun will become far easier to take.
 Mountaineers and Bridge Engineers will be added to the German forcepool, among various other units. I will be adding units as I get decent icons for them, so if you want a new unit, it is best to make that icon so that I can add the unit
 The British and French are going to be given Poison Gas units as well, so trench warfare has just become tougher.
 The Kaiserschlacht Campaign will be re-engineered to better support Horse Transports, and all the new units will be added to that campaign.
 July 28 release date at this stage.

You're right... trucks are too much effort to be worth it. It's much better to use a horse.

What about a huck - half horse, half truck! A bit like a centaur.
